Our Story
The Idea
The idea behind Game Changer Network came at the conclusion of the 2023 High School soccer season.
GCN’s Founder, Coach Danny Ardron, was stunned by the lack of opportunities available to low-income student-athletes in developing their skills in the offseason.
Seeing Milton Hershey School cover the costs of its high school soccer player’s offseason development inspired him to further the model and provide for student-athletes in similar financial situations.
GCN believes that something has to change in the pay-to-play model of participation in organized soccer.
Through providing funding for the underserved marketplace in high school districts around the State, GCN aims to create a world where talent and potential take precedent over socio-economic status.

To provide low-income high school athletes the funding opportunities needed to access player development and scouting opportunities in Pennsylvania.

Our vision is a future where every student-athlete has equitable access to club and travel soccer programs, unlocking pathways to player and personal development. GCN envisions a society where talent and dedication, rather than socioeconomic status, determine opportunities in sports and education. We aim to empower underserved youth to realize their full potential on and off the field, fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.
